Definitive WHAT?

Unsurprisingly, that non-binding letter of intent touted only by BWVI and nott even mentioned by Psycheceutical was just standard pennyscam fluff by BWVI. Typical for this Fatal Form 15 non-SEC registered, non-reporting, non-audited 'dark' pennyscam.

No company that is legit would even merge into an unaudited non-reporting turd like BWVI. No legit company will merge into a trading shell with~OUTT an audit and full understanding of all obligations and liabilities of the trading shell that it would inherit. That would be like an individual buying a house sight unseen (nott even pictures) and with~OUTT a title search or home inspection (and in Cali, also a termite inspection).

So 'Definitive' WHAT? Audit?
