My experience with E*TRADE was much different. Limited hold time, 5 minute conversation talking thru the process and quick turnaround from VStock on confirmation of action. Seems to vary a lot.

Still no payment yet, but up to this point it has continued to progress forward as hoped. I had a two week delay waiting for the second email following the initial disclosure docusign.
