Funny, no P/R, could be Teva may have been wanting to buy Dexcel for years, we are not privy the conversation, Teva is huge, but there are laws/rule's and regulations concerning international take over of US Pharma's. In the US it's called a Monopoly, international I think its called Piracy, lol
