I 100% feel where your coming from. But from the way they been talking since the start, and I'm in contact with them atleast once weekly, I feel confident now is the time. PDIV now owns 45% with no way to sell/dilute share anytime soon! Plus this is long-term!!! They even are giving up their positions for better suited executives once things are in motion, they said " we are ensuring things get done, and are ready for real progress" never know a reverse merger could be in pocket for GNCP

$GNCP filed an amendment Dec.20 for the 7/16/21 SOS regarding share size.
