We were supposedly waiting on news about the audit needed to complete the merger. Instead, yesterday's update showed Krisa couldn't get the audit or merger done so they just gave up and sold the shell. We got merger failure news, not audit or merger completion news. Unless the new owners are better than SSM and Krisa(not a very high bar), this is headed back to triple zeros as the truth sinks in.... FBCD is a POS shell, with serious problems, that no real company wants, or can, merge with.... GLTY
