THAT is their most recent 10-Q aka QUARTERLY FILING - see page "Statement of operations" aka PAGE 4 and it shows that for the period ending Sept 30th, 2021 aka Q-3 of 2021 this POS produced barley $50K FOR THREE MONTHS (ALL of Q-3 aka July, Aug and Sept of 2021) -

$50K / 3 months = $16,666 in revenues PER MONTH = a joke !

They net a lousy $43K over 90 days after COST OF SALES is subtracted out = a more pathetic

$43,000 / 3 months = $14K PER MONTH TOTAL "CASH" FROM SALE IN THEIR BANK ea month

THEY SPEND WELL OVER $500K PER MONTH IN supposed "EXPENSES" aka PAYING THE ONE OR TWO INSIDERS LEFT and DEFENDING ENDLESS LAWSUITS and who the hell knows what shams, as they "operate" from a literal $99 BUCK A MONTH rent-a-desk = they are BK or INSOLVENT ON PAPER w/o ENDLESS GUTTER DILUTION =
