Yep I agree. Chu VS BioAmber case was TERMINATED on 12/14/2020 due to the judge signing off on the Order and FINAL Judgement.
I know it makes it hard to use the class action case am an excuse for holding up the super secret BioAmber second transaction but the truth normally trumps the BS lies LOL.
If anyone is waiting to actually see a pen to paper signature they will be waiting a very long time as it’s clearly signed and the case clearly ended on 12/14/2020
