Technically there is no "company" because this ticker is in Custodianship. SSM is selling it to Alpharidge.

You won't get any response because Alpha doesn't own it and SSM is letting it go.

You can look at Twitter and see what Alpha has in mind--mainly a HUGE share reduction and then a reverse merger.

Well I can tell you that neither SSM or Alpha is going to comment until transfer is complete, so I wouldn't bother. The update will come. My suggestion is to get in as low as possible as I do believe there is money to be made here. How much depends on a share reduction, merger candidate, etc
