We already have some nice stocking stuffers:

* the failed 13-D gang of miscreants getting a public spanking for their failed take over attempt
* NP's injunction on Amarex being granted
* the corrupt IncellDX investors failing in their attempt to steal LL, and knowing that some of them who foolishly funded the failed takeover attempt by buying convertible options had their azz handed to them
* expecting the NASH P2 topline results any time now
* expecting the BTD decision from the FDA any time now
* potential partnership announcement any time now
* the list goes on...

an indictment for NP would be a nice stocking stuffer

This is literally the justification people make for bigfoot. "Someone I know saw him, that's a fact! They didnt' have pictures or any evidence at all but they said they did and I believe them (because I want to believe it)."

So, OK, shareholders on other boards shared the fact that the FBI has contacted them regarding an investigation- yep, thats sounds about right.
OK. so being I have experience with this I'm going to do a few things just to set the record straight. First off I'm contacting the FBI field office in charge of the investigation. Be advised that whomever posted in the message boards about being contacted by the FBI regarding Cytodyn has compromised the investigation. Disclosure of the FBI contacting anyone is against current FBI and DOJ policy. The investigation has possibly lost it's integrity and the right to protect the rights of persons or companies charged has been violated. So, yep, I'll take it from here.
