So let’s go over this again. Just for good measure.

1. There is nobody working for former BioAmber as was documented with the SEC filings showing all employees and BOD resigned in 2018 FACT!!

2. The old worthless shares are attached to the dead empty debt ridden shell formerly known as BioAmber Inc. FACT!!

3. Shareholders of former BioAmber lost their investment the day the liquidation was approved. FACT!!

4. Former BioAmber shareholders will never receive anything for their worthless shares FACT!!

5. There is nothing going on in France, Taipei, Canada, USA or anywhere else that would include former BioAmber shareholders. FACT!!

6. LCYB purchased All the assets of former BioAmber save and except for the cash, accounts receivable, inventory and some US based office furniture as described by the monitors reports, court docs and SEC filings. FACT!!

If there are any actual verifiable documents showing otherwise then please post them to prove me wrong. BioAmber Inc (where the shares are) will never be coming back. BioAmber Sarnia does not have shareholders shares attached to it and never has. LCYB owns and operates the Sarnia Plant. LCYB owns everything including the trademarks, trade names, IP, patents, social media profiles and everything else related to former BioAmber. Once again if there is any proof whatsoever that BioAmber is anything but long gone please show it and prove me wrong. Let’s see some actual proof in an SEC filing, court doc, financial filing or any of the sort. The Sarnia plant owned by LCYB has employees but that has nothing to do with former BioAmber shareholders and never will

1. Correct
2. Correct

Bioamber Sarnia consisted of a plant that was sold. Ownership flowed to Bioamber Inc. which is now a liquidated shell with no assets at all, and of course as you mentioned no employees or directors.

Fact the worthless shares are only attached to the Delaware corporation you say has no directors. Fact , with no directors there is nobody that can legally do a thing about those worthless shares . No matter how many delusional fairytales are spun they will always be yours and they will always be worthless.
