DWAC off loads a 100,000,000 SPAC at $1.24 pre IPO... and a 99 Million PIPE

The Spin puts the SPAC at $11.24 maybe more

What is the residual effect ...

60 Million seems to be all that is left on the ENTI buy/sell.

Does that F/S to 600 million and become the FLOAT or are the IYP divvy's added to the 60 million and or the above forward split and the IYP divvy's have to be bought ? many options

ENTI has to reset ...it started out at 500-600 million shares...as does PTEL at 99.9 million

Then again Alphabet soup is at 650 million @ $2800.00 something per share
