From the feedback I got from Peter, he submits a list to the escrow agent once a week (Friday) and then the escrow agent preps to release the wire for the end of the following week. The question is for those who finished on the 9th (a Thursday), did VStock send the completed list over to Peter before he put together (Friday 12/11) escrow release list? Or was it after the fact? If it was the latter, you would think Peter submitted the 2nd batch list today.
