I think this could descend to around $1M market cap before eventually going to the expert market. Soon enough the diminishing returns will get to a point where Pawson & company will altogether cease submitting the fabricated quarterly otcm financials, and it'll take care of itself. There won't be reason to continue as all remaining shareholder money will have been extracted, and it'll be a wrap on another very successful hustle. He won't go to jail, prison, or anything else. He WILL continue to live large on SH's former money, stepping away for a while (for health of course), and reemerge with another "sure thing" bound for NASDAQ... A new crop of (and sadly probably some of the same) gullible penny traders will throw their money in.
