Harley Davis electric cycle spin off is listed in the same breath as ENTI as a SPAC.

Maybe it's only a 9 million share company with a 60 million float when done ...Those 15.4 Billion @ 1711.56:1 = 9 million then there is about 60 million left on the buy/ask at ENTI

Just have to park the 30 billion @ 333/1 and SPAC the hell out of that 100,000,000 in ENTI filed with the SEC.

I'd take a Bank and Credit Union also ...but Hudson hasn't popped out of covid restricts ...to clarify

All have to assume those 90 million form the 30 billion could do another 10:1 for 9 million and join the 90 million in reserve at PTEL....

Looks like the DWAC PIPE comes up 98 million short after parking. So I am just trying to find them extra PIPE. It's a either or mix and match

I am waiting to see if DWAC unloads on the ENTI SEC 100,000,000 filing and then unloads 100,000,000 Of PIPE before getting to the TRUST.

FUZZY Math suggest PIPE is short at DWAC. PTEL might have to pull in to fill the short order...

Maybe HAM for Christmas and RUMBLE some Truth ? Did the 2010 Corporate action close out yet ?
