This is a package available to investors through the DSPP only. A share and warrant = A unit. Once purchased the unit is separable, the individual components are transferable and tradable.
It has the extra added feature of Dividend Reinvestment as all brokers offer.
There is no price as of yet, nor do I believe they are available at this time. This is registering that the company will at some date, offer this package through the DSPP .
