I think I remember seeing that info somewhere but not sure where. All my paperwork is in my office and I am home now, but maybe look through all of that and it might pop out. At any rate, hoping we have a nice surprise in the a.m.! :-)
The Escrow Agent is listed in Article 1.2 of the agreement.
The company is to instruct the escrow agent to deliver the payment to the shareholder by ach or wire transfer in no more than five (5) business days from the effective date.
The company supposedly instructed the payment delivery of early finishers last Friday, so we are at five business days for some.
