Of course, you are right, all the stipulation achieved saving Bozo Berman a little humiliation. But with Bozo Berman's pompous claims of saving the world I am sure the stipulation will be used to show Bozo Berman was not only guilty of misappropriating funds, but doing so while he was claiming to need money to save the world from a pandemic.

I would imagine if Bozo Berman's Perry Mason defense team tries to use any excuses to justify the use of the funds, the stipulation would be voided and the DOJ would have a field day.

For instance, Bozo Berman claimed so many times he did not take a paycheck. Maybe he should have taken a pay, and then he could have done anything he wanted with the "pay".

I suppose Bozo Berman will try to blame this on his past auditor that he was in bed and committed financial malfeasance 6 years ago. The one under a big investigation, or so Bozo Berman claimed.

What is interesting is where this money shows up in the financials he submitted to the OTC. I can't see this being on the pinks for long. What stood out like a sore thumb was the hundreds of thousands of dollars in "returns" every year. Pretty odd for a company with only a hanful of large companies doing 95% of the revenue.
