The injunction and arbitration are two separate issues. CYDY receiving the injunction does not equate to CYDY winning arbitration for the $15 million they owe Amarex.
Also note a crucial flaw in NP/Sheikh’s Amarex narrative: they want to make Amarex appear as a bad actor and that they are responsible for many failures. That’s fine and dandy until you realize that the HIV BLA data, cancer data, COVID data and NASH data is all a result of a contract with Amarex. So, if Amarex sabotaged the HIV BLA and other trials, than why should CYDY, investors and the FDA accept the data that CYDY gets from Amarex?
