I feel the same UP. I am not sure the budrden can be put on Mark Smith though. The name change from Quantum Rare Earths to NioCorp occurred under the previous CEO not MS.
In this video before MS came on board, the previous CEO predominantly talks about niobium, not REE's and before MS joined NioCorp in September 2013.
Nonetheless, us Longs are all in the same boat. We don't sell our shares because we know or feel NioCorp will get financed, we just can't say when but have to believe we are close because the companies has their permits, the company bought the primary land where the mine will be located and the company registered $200,000,000 shares for immediate sale when "timing" is appropriate.
