I would need to re-evaluate what I am doing if I was a shorter or trying to accumulate cheap shares and constantly failing.

I would either cover or just slap the ask because there is no dilution and the CEO is accumulating millions of shares.

that's if I was short or trying to accumulate.

Luckily that is not me...I'm just showing some empathy
