Company doesn't have any toxic debt to spiral it back down. We have a clean balance sheet and qb listed. We are no longer a shell. Uplisting to Nasdaq opens so many doors for our growing company. I own a lot of shares and I'm fine with a reverse split. Just get us off OTC!
