Numbers at PTEL look like a 1 Billion Share PIPE fitter's DREAM... be mingling within the spaces...

15.4 Billion 1:1 to ENTI, 3.51 Billion Venture, Blue Bull - 20 Billion SS = 1.09 Billion

If I do a 1 Billion PIPE

I am left with 90 million PTEL and 9 Million from the 15.4 BILLION 1:1 at 1711.56:1 or 99 MILLION

I ran the number's at DWAC and it appear's they might be 99 Million short on PIPE after the thing's get unloaded...
