It’s the experience big screen, great sound systems, concessions. Getting out with people, friends family etc. most people cannot afford a media room at home. Large groups can all go together. I’m fortunate I have a large media room. I cannot duplicate the movies there are just some movies that have to be seen on the big screen to get the full experience so we do watch some movies at home but some are a must to go to the theatre.
