The PIPE investor who is providing the life blood to our company, CYDY; CASH.

It has now been written that the warrants are free.

Why, are the warts NOT FREE?

The PIPE investor buys a unit. That Wart is part of the price paid. I value the wart at 1 to 3 cents a share. Only one thing in this world is free. Bad information claimed to be true.

I could lay this out to any sophomore year / 10th grade kid I know and they could determine that the warts have a cost. But then ever kid I know has an intetrest in public companies.
