I do not disagree at all:
No company can just claim mineral reserves or a certain ROI on mineral extraction and sale. NioCorp has to prove it and banks will send in their own independent geologists and economists to verify the work and economics that NioCorp's independent research companies perform
I'm not talking about REE being added to the mix now. I'm talking about the lack of financing the years prior. There have been many studies already performed, and I, like most here have believed that the banks/investors would have already sent in their experts to perform their own DD and then open up the checkbooks.
If financing is now dependent upon proving out the potential value of REE, we are in for another long stretch of waiting.
What I don't like is the fact that we are still waiting for someone to step up and invest in the project. I'm fine with the "process".
It's a crowded waiting room.
