Agreed, he will not go to jail. Far from it. He's still got a bunch of gullible folks on the hook. He doesn't have to say a word even. He'll milk another few mil, laugh about the suckers for a few months, and come back with something AMAZING and NEW and DISRUPTIVE that will be TO THE MOON and DOLLARS COMING SOON and NASDAQ! There will be a whole new crew of "investors" ready to go all in.
