I keep telling myself that I've enough as it is... but if FNMAT keeps dropping I'm going to be forced to restart buying...

even though i've sunk 7 years into this; these prices are much lower than my average cost basis -- and the discount to par makes for a x10 or greater and what is interesting to me is that if it is x12 to par --- then every month you work and buy the preferred --- if the preferred goes to par then that is equivalent to a year of working.

so you can work 20 months at these prices and if you save and buy fannie and freddie preferred stock, it is the equivalent of 20 years of savings if preferred get par;

at these prices --- even if it takes a few years for this all to play out,

it pays quite a bit to work hard and save a lot and bank it into these companies during a time when people have lost faith in the trade.

Unless the courts resolve the issue before 2024 election and dependent on their decision.

The nationalization cases are still a concern because they can rule full, partial or nothing.

The lobbyists are on both sides of the political spectrum they only understand money not ideology.

Preferred IMHO will never get par. Give me one good reason IYO that they would and why?
