At .02 there are not enough shares to raise enough money so AS increase or RS. You cannot deny it anymore.

They barely have shares now to do the remaining $8M. They need to change their strategy or get financing differently. They missed a great opportunity by trying to believe honest and faithful to shareholders. It does not work that way in this business. When you have an opportunity you need to grab it as time is money.
