My speculation would be lack of purchase financing or was use towards Acquisition purchase instead. Either way, lack of funds thus me saying earlier no cash flow.
So how does this Acquisition happen that WB can back this up in its current financial state.
If this Tech company lost its line of credit where is the financing going to come from to sustain it. Is it always going to hand to mouth operation, lets borrow of shareholders with the attitude they will stand behind us forever while their loans don't get paid back. One back in 2013 likely pulled the plug that had WB doing a reverse split and 3(a)(10) debt settlement. Then in one ended up in Court in 2017, or 2019.
Everything is so wonderful with Eric but its rather quite shaky. Too many think this Acquisition is going to take WB to the moon. Sure there could be some initial excitement, probably will, but I am looking past that once it settles.
