I bet you will never see any price above $0.62xx again in the future except a Big R/S kicking in to bring the price to above $1.0 because it needs 63.16% Huge bounce in order to hit the most recent high $0.62 again from current Bottom $0.38!

Did you notice current 52-week-high was only $2.12 which is 5.78%-Lower than the so-called target price?
