Note taken - yes RC did say they had met their EOY forecast.

That said it would have been good to know by how much and for what category. I dont think he was saying his Functional Bev category exceeded forecasts?. The selective use of revenue figures and forecasts, and lack of addressing what the issue is with their core products would also be nice.

Yes it does matter where the revenues come from. This is an investment where we assess what the company does, what the possible market might be, what the scale of opportunity is etc.

If they really only sold 50-60 k of both Lemin and Kona products last qtr then it is a problem (IMHO).

But the biggest issue is that the co does not address shareholders directly. To say the share price is in the dump is an understatement. The share price is at an all time low. Any who still hold (except insiders of course) are at huge losses.

In any case, I agree that the price will likely appreciate in thew coming year. At a 7mm market value, if they do 8mm-10mm next year shares should get back to .02....03, a good return.

But the number of shares out (and this will grow until at least mid next year)...will limit upside.

If they reverse this, and if they decide what business they are in and present it to shareholders transparently I would consider investing again.

I would tend to agree with you (PTW) on this and the re-branding coming in Q1 on the hemp drinks. I think they've done a decent job with the lemonade and expanding that to sparkling and the changes to 12 packs. There is more to the story on the Energy drink side and I have the patience to see what they bring for next summer's beverage season.
