COMMON SENSE and LOGIC suggests

NOBODY THROW 200 MILL $$$$$$$$ at a deal right in front of an RS, unless that RS really won't matter.

RS is 99% perception as for a general rule THEY KILL a stock.

Here though we have 250 mill PLUS in CASH NO DENT and FLA on the verge of approving a production facility
