This won't stay off the radar forever.
As more people hear... and I mean people that are hearing about the deal in a business sense such as a financing or possible involvement in a deal is, THEY ALWAYS TALK or buy some and the word spreads.
As for shares out, I seem to recall and whacked my head against a wall to release the AZ, a fair amount of shares of Axis went by the boards years ago in power of attorney deals from original shareholders that were never exercised and now are over the time limit. This may be 10M+, so deduct them from the 'float'. this could be as low as 25-27M shares.
As for insiders selling, for any deal in Libya or Indonesia with partners involved, what do you think the chances are of no pooling agreement in place for a potential massive deal?
