No, I understand the audit process very well - basically Deitsch provides the auditor with the financial statements and the auditor basically makes certain that the Balance Sheet balances and you can tell by the cost there isn't a great deal of work involved.

I read fraudulent 10-Qs and 10-Ks all of the time - truly amazing that anyone is so naive to believe that the accountant and auditor do anything other than what the client wants - because they want to continue being paid. Just read the accountants on the OTCM Prohibited Providers List.

And stop believing everything that a serial scammer like Deitsch says. That is a very poor investment strategy.

I bet you there are thousands of posters/traders/investors who don't have a clue about the difference between accounting and auditing. So if someone is confused that doesn't surprise me unless someone know the difference and trying to weaken the effectiveness of auditing merits.
