Hummm, so you are saying that the lawsuits my shares (FTD's) involved in against this practice of illegally shorting are frivolous?

Well, this is where I pointed out in my post that people are uninformed / misinformed or conspiring participants.

When the information I am expecting to see becomes public note I will make sure to bring it to your attention.
