Bioamber has no docs in March of 2021. It was dead then. Per the document I posted, which is the last time Bioamber letterhead was ever officially used.

Where do you see any SEC or official BioAmber filing in 2021? I did post the article describing BioAmber failing and LCYB buying the assets from March 2021 though lol.
