The broker's end was just a few hours. Took until the next day for E*Trade to reflect the shares removed from my portfolio though.

Once your brokerage understands the DWAC electronic withdrawal process and understands that you want them sent over to Vstock the shares leave your account that same day or that next morning. Give Vstock 4-5 days after they receive your documents.
