13 million is really good volume. They say volume precedes price. So look for movement soon. Friday's chart didn't look that great either until it did.

Well as the day unfolded Volume came back in. Sp was however at ~ LOD
Thumbnail about 4M shares in the final hour.

I don't see it picking up again soon
