No, JT de-registered NSAV stock with the SEC in 2017 so NSAV isn't required to file any 8k's with the SEC.

Although JT did file a handful earlier in the year to give NSAV a slight air of legitimacy.

Kinda like him filing that S-1, That now appears to been a smoke screen.

All IMVHO of course.
