A sham? I wouldn’t go that far. My issue is how long it’s taken, and how Eric has missed deadlines so often. But I do believe a court date is now set, and I think that’s a big deal. Mainly because before it may have been 5 years for all we knew.. but this confirmation makes me think it’s happening soon.
