Completely agree - just wanted to throw out a few thoughts - especially in terms of a potential target date - and what to do with the JPS from the Government perspective. When dealing with the Government its always prudent to keep in mind the phrase "follow the money". And we are talking a lot of money to follow. They want "their" money, and despite the perception that this is going to go on forever, I think the end game will come during Biden's first term or they will set it up to end soon afterward.
I know that there is a lot of Fannie fatigue on this board - but remember Nats famous saying that "its always darkest before the lights go out completely!"
