They've played the game smart and done what they had to do to get here. The increase in AS was to accommodate the shares they had to pay Knot for the settlement, so they wouldn't have to pay out more than 10% of their common shares to settle the suit. IMO those shares have already been dropped on the market.. I bought most of them.
The increase in shares is only temporary.
I see an easy 5x-10x increase in share price from here in the near term.
