Don’t forget how in the APA everything of value from all Bioamber companies was bought by the JV, wnd don’t forget the last thing the Company ever told you- that it was liquidated with nothing left for shareholders.

Don’t forget the APA clearly describes that All of BioAmbers assets sold save and except for the cash, AR, Inventory and some office furniture in MN.
That means ALL ASSETS which includes the Plant and land, IP, trademarks, trade names and all other forms of intangibles which are listed in great detail.
There is Nothing in France. There is nothing left at BioAmber except $60-80 mil of debt and the worthless shares. That’s it end of story.
No conspiracy, no tin foil hat and no 5g issues will change any of that. Nobody is coming in to pay former BioAmber shareholders anything not now not ever. As the years tick past it will just continue to hold true that the day the liquidation was approved former BioAmber shareholders lost their investment.
No conspiracy at all just a liquidation which happens all the time. The only reason for any of the discussion is that a group of DD Fabricators came up with a wild story about more to come. That story was a LIE then and it’s a LIE now.
Nothing will change after the class action ends and nothing will change as the years go by. That’s the funny thing about court approved liquidations. They are the end of the company 100% of the time and BioAmber will not be the exception to that LMFAO!!!
