I wondered that too, I wonder if there was a reason that at least of these companies that invested got involved.

I always think back to the August PR mention of merger and acquisitions and the interview where David stated that they are review M&A possibilities weekly.

Maybe these companies needed to take a stake in the company for some reason?

They already loaned them over 2 million dollars and it's a concertible note!!! I don't understand what the hell GMER is doing. It's ridiculous.
