Many things, but for starters they dont take into account how much it really costs to go from a find to a fully functional oil field
When it was made it was compared to eenf, not shell or exxon mobile or any trustworthy oil company and how long it took them
Even with a find of 25 billion barrels, this will not hit $1200 in pps, (that would give znog an mcap of around $480 billion, based on 400m shares!. Only 1 oil company in the world has a bigger mcap then that!).
