I see many OTC Stocks missing by a week or two and file, no idea why they do this but we aren’t dealing with the best of the best as we know, honestly the same happened with F0NU today, they became current after missing filing on time and they went up like 100%, I think traders are desperate for anything to cause buying frenzy, lol

I suspect they will file the 10Q this week and hopefully we also get an update on the number of shares. Still think something positive will happen here and the filing to dump 50 B shares is not what it seems, maybe that was done for another reason, still waiting for the big reveal party
