Lobster was served to prisoners(cheap, considered a bottom dwelling crustacean by the early settlers) back in the day.



I know, the early settlers ate it to avoid starving and would burry the shell to avoid embarrassment - iirc.

And now it's an expensive, delicious dish!

Poor IPIX. It looks to me like a completely incompetent person holds the rights to this drug which might hold so much promise. The COVID trial was a terribly ill conceived shot-in-the-dark, shot from the hip by a drunk deaf, dumb and blind person, i.e. a fkn joke trial. The drug was probably unavailable due to being absorbed by carrier proteins in the blood.

Maybe someday the incompetent parasite who holds the rights to the drug will be eliminated and it can find it's way into competent hands and eventually be a useful medicine for multiple indications.
