Lol, Rami is connected to Saudi Oil money. He was VP of (NYSE: NOV) and is now currently CEO of Messaben. It is too much of coincidence that two executives of Messaben are now executives of CEHD. I don't believe in coincidences.
And my dude, look at the filings. There are NO CONVERTIBLE NOTES. This is by far the Cleanest Shell that I have ever seen. I think their intentions are pretty clear. We'll see what happens. But way too many corporate activities taking place, and first press release this month. There's solid movement here.
