I Agree, IMO The Tech Company debt will finally be transferred to the shareholders of WNBD, with all the supposed clients the Tech has ,why would they have a problem with credit, and now that they have a date set why not give the name of the Tech. It will be Bag holder Sunrise next year.

The only problem is most are down more than 2 or 3 ticks!! So most will continue to baghold or take a small loss!!
