Sorry I was not more clear. I acknowledged that amount of dilution, as noted in the OS number.
While dilution hurts a stock when shares are issued, it also hurts when dilution stops, but the act of getting those shares into the open market keeps happening.
Dilution is increasing the number of outstanding shares.
Shares go up, value goes how.
But after that, you then have to sell those diluted shares into a open market, and that can be seen by looking at CZNI's tape EVERY DAY.
So maybe I should call Issuing New Shares Dilution, and call Selling those New Shares POLLUTION?

people can be selling to harvest year end tax losses only to buy back come January, happens in other tickers all the time.
